SMILE

A smile is a facial expression characterised by turning up the corners of the mouth. It is usually done to express pleasure or amusement. A smile is very powerful as it has been proven to change emotions, mood and behavior. Studies have shown that people are more willing to engage socially with others than are smiling rather than those who are frowning. One feels more happy when they smile. When you smile you become happy and when you keep smiling , you remain happy. Friends are like magnets to a smiling face. A smiling face is seen as being more friendly than the face that frowns. Smiling helps you to look younger than your age. When you frown, the facial muscles are contracted to make you look more aged. Frowning makes your face wrinkle faster due to the number of muscles used. According to research, smiling causes the body to produce more white blood cells to fight off illnesses. When you smile you reduce the rigidness of our cells, thereby reducing the risk of cell mutations
